When you create a free account with DECKEE, we ask you to verify your email address to gain full access to the app. We do this to prevent spam accounts and maintain a healthy, active community. It also means we can keep you informed about ongoing updates and improvements we make to the app.
Sign-in verification process
When prompted, enter your preferred email address.
We instantly send a magic sign-in link to that email address.
Tap the link to verify your account and we'll redirect you back to the app.
What if I don't receive the email?
There's two quick checks to do if this happens:
Make sure you entered your email address correctly (check for typos!)
Check your junk/spam folder in case the verification email was incorrectly sent there by your mail provider
If you have done both of these things but still aren't receiving an email, please contact us so we can get to the bottom of it for you.
What if I don't have access to my emails on my phone?
You can use your computer to verify your email address. Access your email on your computer and look for the verification email from DECKEE. Once you click the link in the email, wait a couple of seconds and open up the DECKEE app again on your phone, and you'll be good to go.
What if I log out?
If you decide to log out of DECKEE, you will obviously need to follow the sign in process again. There isn't any need or benefit to log out of DECKEE, so we recommend just closing the app instead of logging out, if you have finished using it.
Why don't I need a password?
We use your email address as means of verification, so you don't require a password for your DECKEE account.
