When you create an account with Deckee, we ask you to verify your email address to gain full access to the app. We do this to prevent spam accounts and maintain a healthy, active community. It also means we can keep you informed about ongoing updates and improvements we make to the app.
The sign-in verification process
When prompted, enter your preferred email address.
We instantly email you a magic sign-in link.
Tap the link to verify your account and we'll direct you back to the app.
What if I don't receive the email?
There's two quick checks to do if this happens:
Make sure you entered your email address correctly.
Check your junk/spam folder in case the verification email was incorrectly sent there by your mail provider.
If you have done both of these things but still aren't receiving an email, please contact us so we can get to the bottom of it for you.
What if I don't have access to my emails on this device?
Access your emails and look for the verification email. On the device where you want to sign in, open your browser and type the link in the url box then press enter. This will log you in both in the browser and in the app. You should only have to do this once, providing you don't log out.
What if I log out?
If you decide to log out of Deckee, you will need to follow this process again to sign back in.
Why don't I need a password?
Because we use your email address as means of verification, you don't require a password for your Deckee account. Find out more here.
