Why is the app saying my username is already taken when I try to sign in?

In 99% of cases, we find this is because you have accidentally created a new account using a different email address, compared to the account you previously set up with DECKEE.

Please make sure you are signing in to DECKEE using the same email address, otherwise the app will consider you to be a new user.
