To measure a distance between two points in DECKEE, Press and hold anywhere on the map to drop a pin. You will then see the option to Measure distance.

Two red pointers will appear on the map. Drag them until they're both in the desired position. You can move them as many times as you like. The distance and heading will adjust on the map. When you're done, tap the red cross at the bottom of the screen.
