DECKEE can be downloaded for free in the Apple App Store (iPhone & iPad) or the Google Play Store (Android devices), depending on the device you use.

If your operating system is backdated further than these, please update your software to get the best DECKEE experience. For DECKEE to work correctly, your device must have Wi-Fi access or GPS and cellular connectivity.

Generally speaking, any mobile phone or tablet that is running the above OS versions (or newer) can run DECKEE. Please note that some older device models may be unable to upgrade to these OS versions. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about that.

DECKEE can be used anywhere in the world. However, the quality and detail of our maps differs depending on the size of the user community at the location. You can check our map coverage at your destination prior to arriving by moving around on the map via the app or by using our web-based Live Map.

DECKEE is available anywhere there is Wi-Fi or cellular/GPS reception. Since DECKEE uses data to function, be sure to ask your provider about data packages when travelling.
