DECKEE can be downloaded for free in the Apple App Store (iPhone & iPad) or the Google Play Store (Android devices), depending on the device you use.

DECKEE generally supports the latest two major versions of both Apple iOS and Android operating systems. If your device is running an older version, we recommend updating your software to ensure the best experience and continued compatibility.

Generally speaking, any mobile phone or tablet that is running the latest two major OS versions can run DECKEE without any issues. Please note that some older device models may be unable to upgrade to these OS versions. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about that.

All of DECKEE's core features can be used anywhere in the world. However, the amount of map-based information (points of interest, zones, navigation aids and other info) for certain regions will vary outside of the United States and Australia.

DECKEE is available anywhere there is Wi-Fi or cellular/GPS reception. Since DECKEE uses data to function, be sure to ask your provider about data packages when travelling.
